About Project

The challenge of this project was to bring more colour and impact to an existing garden, giving it a lush and vibrant character. The client was looking for a space with more “va-va-voom”, where vegetation could take centre stage throughout the seasons.

Challenges & Solutions

The intervention focused on filling empty spaces with a palette of sun-loving Mediterranean plants that are both resilient and low-maintenance. Rosmarinus, salvias and santolinas were combined with striking species such as mahonia and echiums candicans, creating bold and structured planting masses.

To ensure lightness and movement, we introduced gauras and pennisetums, adding dynamism to the composition. In the lower part of the garden, under the generous canopy of a jacaranda tree, we worked mainly with shades of green, creating a sense of freshness and contrast

The result is a richer, more vibrant garden that balances colour, texture and movement, fulfilling the client’s wish for a more expressive and engaging outdoor space.
